Happy Parenting, Simplified

Helping you become your child’s most informed advocate

’Kaela Kaiser, RBT has over 20 years working directly in patient care. Her work is rooted in both professional training and lived experience—as a parent of a child with behavioral challenges, including ODD.

Her approach is whole-child, integrative and parent-focused, helping families better understand what may be driving their child’s behavior and guide them toward practical, supportive options—from behavioral and occupational therapy to nervous system regulation strategies, pharmacological options and lifestyle factors that impact regulation and joy.

Through her work in behavioral therapy, she has supported children and families navigating emotional dysregulation, autism spectrum needs, and complex behavioral patterns. She understands firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to sort through all the information, opinions, and treatment options while trying to do what’s best for your child.

Her goal is to help you feel less alone, more confident, and clearer on your next steps. Helping you become your high-needs child’s best informed advocate.

Client Reviews

“The combination of Kaela’s extensive knowledge base and extremely caring nature is second to none. She was immediately able to guide our family towards resources that, without her help, would not have ever been even considered. With her help and guidance, our oldest son has finally gotten the help he needs to thrive.”

— Molly D.

“We were at our wits end with our son’s aggressive behavior. He had already been removed from two schools and we didn’t know where else to turn. Before Kaela, we were honestly looking into sending him away to boarding school. Kaela was able to help us get the help we desperately needed and we are so thankful to have had her help. ”

— The Johnson Family

“I was repeatedly told that my little girl was “perfectly normal” and i’m so glad I didn’t listen. Kaela was the first one to tell me “you spend more time with her than anyone else! If you think she needs help, you’re not wrong” Turns out my daughter has sensory processing disorder AND is highly sensitive. I’m so glad I listened to my gut and worked with Kaela. With the right resources, my daughter is now thriving!”
